SKATEBOARDING NEWS THIS WEEK
HEADZ - AREU4R3AL
The UK's South East Coastline Crew returns with the VX1000
After Harrison Woolgar reeased his unreal UK full-length HEADZ 8 months ago, he whipped the VX1000 back out to film his latest project, an 8-minute banger filmed in Brighton and near by, featuring a sick crew, including familiar names such as Dougie George, Evan Johnson (I'm a big fan) and Olly Tod.
The skating and filming, alongside the soundtrack are a breath of fresh seaside air. The gritty VX footage compliments the gritty English spots, with the grey foggy clips giving that unique British seaside feeling.
My personal highlights of the video are the wallride / hippy jump madness and the old timer trying to stop a back tail from going down... he failed. Also, snake runs on 4:3 fisheye always looks nice 👌

CORDANO RUSSELL DID ALL THIS IN A DAY | "LORE"
Cordano Russel has a big boy unique style
Kevin Perez takes Cordano Russell out for a day of filming. I'd never heard of Cordano, but I'm an instant fan, he's a real tall bald black dude who rocks gangster baggy fits and has a big causal pop. He has a great back 3 on flat and pops onto some scary rails. The fakie front 180 50 on the handrail is bonkers.
Cordano did this all in one day... but switched outfits 3 times? 😂 Either something fishy is going on or he is a drip master, he even changes the shoes!

Kai Kishi - “SHANGHAI” DAYS
Raw footy of Kai Kishi in Shanghai
Kai Kishi is a absolute certified ledge tekkers god, so it's cool that he's been releasing casual videos of his ventures with no music.
This video highlights how good Shanghai is for spots, there seems to be spots wherever you look, including a variety of satisfying chunky ledges. They also include some lifestyle bits and some cool shots of Shanghai architecture. Kai being chased around the spot by Chinese security was funny 😂
HITTIT Holidays: Copenhagen
HITIT Crew Skate Copenhagen
Even though it's called HITIT Holidays... HITIT is a hardware brand based in Copenhagen, Denmark. I'm not familiar with a single name on the roster and it's my first introduction to HITIT, I can't even find what it stands for, maybe it's like Hit-It
The HITIT crew do a great job at showcasing the sick spots Copenhagen has to offer, with some cool B-roll shots of the city's architecture. The big grey stone spots are cool.
The look of the footage is unique and sharp, assumably cropped to 4:3. I'd be interested in knowing what camera set up filmer Jais Tellervo Hansen is using.

Justin Behan - Winnipeg's Craziest Skateboarding Tricks Ever Done
Justin Behan walks us through the history of skateboarding at Winnipeg
Justin Behan, Dern Bros and Fusilli Grind are the go to guys for skate spot history. In this one, Justin Behan explores the most iconic bangers landed in Winnipeg, Manitoba, highlighting the city's deep-rooted skate history and raw street talent that's visited
.
From the legendary Woodsworth ledges to the curved walls of Windsor Pool, and the notorious City Hall Gap, we revisit the spots that have tested and defined some of Canada’s boldest skaters.
Last resort AB - Throwing Drinks At Cameras
Last Resort AB Crew out and about
A few of the Last Resort AB crew went out and got a couple minutes footage to advertise their 19th drop. They skate a pretty cool DIY, where they blur out a photographer... never seen that before.
There's a bunch of ride on grinds NinjaLifeStyle would hate. Chris Millic footplants a tree 😂 and there's a cool bump to bump gap they skate at the end.

Sincerly - Milan
Sincerly - Milan filmed by Jeff Cecere and Ritt Pong
Filmed by Jeff Cecere and Ritt Pong, this 6-minute project is mainly set at Milano Centrale, Europe’s largest railway station measured by volume of traffic.
With influences drawn from classical Roman architecture, Art Deco and a host of other ornately grandiose aesthetic movements, Centrale was once famously described by Frank Lloyd Wright as being “the most beautiful train station in the world”.
The white marble plaza around the station is legendary to the Milan skate scene. The crew skating it, including Carlisle Aikens, Dougie George (Again) and Tre Williams, kills it. A quality roster on a quality Italian project 🤌🏼🇮🇹
Brad Cromer - :)
Brad Cromer takes you on a day out to the DIY
Brad Cromer drops another day-in-the-life video where he takes you to a mad DIY and a few other spots, with some cool shots of things he encounters along the way.
SIMON BANNEROT - BASQUE VACATION
Simon Bannerot goes on holiday to Basque
Simon Bannerot rips! He went on holiday around Bilbao, San Sebastian and French Basque Country, stacking a bunch of footage filmed by Felix Lahache
Oski @ Supreme Bowl
Oskar Rosenberg at the Supreme Bowl
Polar Skate Co and Lurpiv's Oskar Rosenberg is a smooth mofucka on transition. Watch him flying around Supreme's infamous bowl for a couple minutes.
The angles on this bowl are challenging, and Oski is a suitable contender. Watching Oski whip around a bowl is always fun.
Dylan Jaeb - Extra24
Dylan Jaeb's leftover skate footage from 2024
Dylan Jaeb stacks an unholy amount of footage. He's collected all unused throway footage from 2024 and slapped it on YouTube for easy watching. I wish this was my throwaway footage 😂
3 minutes of smooth bangers back to back. I reckon Dylan Jaeb's got the best back tail in the game at the minute, but everything he does looks way too easy for him. He's a beast.
