At The Vines we will do everything that we can to ensure your purchase is the right one for you. We back the quality of everything we sell. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 90 days of receipt.

To return your order:

 

  1. Contact us at returns@thevinessupply.co if you need to organise a return.
  2. Please follow the instructions on the returns slip included in your order. 
  3. Returns must be unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (unless faulty). 

 

If there is a manufacturing fault with the item, we will pay for the return cost. 

Sale items are only returnable for up to 14 days and only for an exchange or credit note
