About Hockey Skateboards

Hockey Skateboards was launched in 2015 by Jason Dill and Anthony Van Engelen as part of FA World Entertainment.

While closely linked to Fucking Awesome, Hockey quickly developed its own identity. The brand leans into raw street skating, darker artwork, photography and graphics that can range from minimal to properly strange.

It's one of those brands that doesn't need much explaining. The boards and the skating tend to do that themselves.

Hockey Skateboard Decks

Hockey decks are known for distinctive graphics and a range of shapes that can feel a little more aggressive than your average popsicle.

You'll regularly find steeper kicks, deeper concaves, longer wheelbases and wider shapes across Hockey releases, alongside more conventional street decks. It varies from board to board, so we'd always recommend checking the individual dimensions rather than assuming every Hockey deck feels the same.

If you're unsure which shape or size will suit you, get in touch and we'll help you pick one.

Hockey Clothing

Away from the boards, Hockey produces a changing selection of t-shirts, hoodies, fleece, trousers, hats and accessories.

The clothing follows much the same direction as the decks, mixing straightforward Hockey branding with graphics and imagery that sit firmly within the brand's slightly darker world.

Stock changes between drops, so our Hockey collection will vary throughout the year.

Hockey Skateboards at The Vines

We've stocked Hockey at The Vines since 2020 and it's been a regular on our deck wall ever since.

We pick out our favourite boards and clothing from each release, with a focus on the graphics, shapes and pieces we'd actually want to skate or wear ourselves.

Shop Hockey Skateboards online at The Vines or come and check out the latest decks in our Solihull skate shop.
