Sabbath Wheels Brand History
Launched in 2022 by skateboard photographer and Birmingham skate scene stalwart Rob Whiston, Sabbath Wheels is the product of patience and precision. Rob spent nearly two years perfecting the urethane formula with his manufacturing partners before a single wheel went on sale, the result being the signature ATU (All Terrain Urethane) and Devils formulas that give Sabbath its reputation for speed, grip and flatspot resistance.
The graphics carry the other half of the identity: occult themes, folklore and Birmingham heritage (the Black Sabbath nod is no accident), making every set a statement on and off the board. We sat down with Rob for the full story, read our interview with Rob Whiston on the blog.
Sabbath Skate Team
The Sabbath team is a tight-knit collective of UK talent: Craig "Questions" Scott, James Bush, Vaughan Baker, Dean Greensmith, Blinky and Kris Vile, riders respected for flowy, fearless street skating and technical prowess.
