SKATEBOARDING NEWS THIS WEEK
Mike Anderson's "Animal Farm" Dickies Part
A new Mike Anderson Part for Dickies Skateboarding
What a way to kick off the week! Any week with a new Mike Anderson part is a good week. The king of crust returns to serve marketing fuel for the VF demons... just kidding. The Krooked & Spitfire Wheels legend has his own little farm and skatepark on his property, which you can check out in his Out There episode on Thrasher.
Kicking off with some B-roll of his goats, Mike's selection of spots are spot on, no pun intended. He spends a fair amount of these 3 minutes sideways on walls, which is always cool

Ishod Wair's 'Oceania' Part
A new part from Ishod Wair too!
Aren't we spoiled with big names this week. Everyone loves Ishod Wair, steezy and likeable. I'd love to go to a football match with Ishod in a play off final and pitch invade with him, then go down the boozer afterwards.
It's got that tune by Enya - Only Time, what a banger... wait a minute AY AY AY AY SKKRRRRRRt.
Highlight Clip
This part is a little bit of a tin job, with Ishod saying:
I pulled together some of my footage from Roll Call, Nike’s Quickstrike, and Geoff Campbell’s Internet Birthday Episode 2 to re-edit into this part. Mostly filmed in New Zealand and Australia.
ACE TRUCKS || Lawrence Ravail For AF1 Inverted
Lawrence Ravail making his mark with this part for Ace Trucks
I'd never heard of Lawrence Ravail, so I can agree with the comments that label him as criminally underrated. This French dude isn't afraid of a terrifying spot, but it's not all fatty to flatty, he's got a good amount of tech in there.
It's quite interesting Ace Trucks got him to promote there inverted version of the AF1 with this truck, that's a bit niche right? Oh and I thought the tune sucked.
Highlight Clip
I know I shouldn't put the ender as the highlight clip but that fakie ollie is ludicrous
GLASS HOUSE - Logan Taylor
Logan Taylor's new part for Glass House Skateboards
Glass House are a lesser-known brand with a sick aesthetic and artistic vision. I like watching parts that feel like projects, not just try hard skating thrown together with screamo music in the background. I waited almost a minute for the first clip but I didn't mind, which is unusual.
The whole video has a trippy filter over it which I should hate but I quite like. However, the main reason I like this part is because it looked like Logan Taylor had a great time filming it with his friends.
Highlight Clip
Antihero: Nick Matthews "The Pigeonator"
The Pidgeonator AKA Nick Matthews for Antihero
Nick Matthews drops a 3-minute entertaining part for Antihero. This dude has the most solid zero-tolerance for instability posture I've ever seen. Nick gets his clips with force, and his part even features a cheeky guest clip from Brian Anderson
Highlight Clip
Maurice Jordan's "Victory Lap" Part
More video parts! Maurice Jordan drops a new part on Thrasher
Maurice Jordan has plenty of tech manoeuvres up his sleeve, but he still sprinkles more than his fair share of scary handrails in there. His song selection is pretty gangster too, but he looks like a sweetheart. He looks a bit like Oscar from the US Office.

STARWIPE | CONS Australia
Cons Skate Shoes' Australia Team bring us an edit
Converse's Australian skate team are a solid roster! I don't know any of them, but I liked the video. The trick selection isn't crazy difficult, but I liked it nonetheless. I also liked the star transitions scattered throughout! It's always refreshing to see footy from down under.

Vanity Presents: "The Zoid"
Vanity Skateboards Green Video, "The Void"
I had no clue who Vanity (HideYourVanity) were but I'm glad I came across their crew video. These fellas must be fans of both themselves and Emerica videos, as the whole project has a green-tinted effect which makes it a unique watch. I can only assume they're from Bristol with all that Lloyds footage.
I like that they are making something different, the whole crew kill it, earning there nicknames in the video description.

Followed: Thanos Panou
Pocket Skate Mag bring us another episode of Followed: Thanos Panou
Check out how Thanos Panou lives his life out in Athens. He's not only a good skater, he's a wise dude. Check out his process of designing boards, a little bit about his background, follow him on a skate session and more.
