Shake Junt was started by artist and skater Shane Heyl, a close friend of the Baker and Deathwish crews, as a hardware and accessories brand under the Baker Boys Distribution umbrella — the same family that's home to Baker Skateboards and Deathwish Skateboards. What size bolts do I need?
Shake Junt bolts come in 7/8", which suits standard setups without riser pads. If you're running risers, you may need a longer length — feel free to get in touch if you're unsure.
What are riser pads for?
Risers sit between your trucks and deck to raise ride height, which helps prevent wheel bite (the wheel touching the deck on sharp turns) and absorbs some impact. Shake Junt's 1/8" risers are a subtle lift for most setups.
