Returns

At The Vines we will do everything that we can to ensure your purchase is the right one for you. We back the quality of everything we sell, 100%. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 90 days of receipt.

All orders received before 2pm are dispatched same day.

Orders that require shipping within the U.K. will be delivered within 1 to 5 days, depending on your preferred delivery method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.K. may take up to 21 days.

Yes, you can return your item to us for exchange or refund, within 90 days of receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest matches and returning the one that doesn’t fit.
